Ilya dreamed of becoming a chef since childhood. Now he is 21 years old, he is studying at a culinary college and is raising a four-month-old son with his young wife. Ilya grew up in an orphanage, he is now working as an assistant chef in a small pizzeria +39 Pizzeria & Mozzarella bar in the center of Moscow for several months, where he learns the skills of Italian chefs and learns the secrets of Neapolitan pizzaiolo.

The young man got this job thanks to the Adaptation program. He dreams of becoming the executive chef of an Italian restaurant, and we believe in him, because he is a very purposeful and strong-willed young man.
